When it Comes To Updating Your Investment Property?

The common canned advice is to focus on your kitchen and baths.  Maybe you should paint your

exterior for better curb appeal or landscape?  The best return on investment you can make is

something you may not have thought of!  Awesome Professional Photography will get you the

highest return on investment.  With most guests or renters finding their rental choices online it's easy

and urgent to make your property "show" better than other properties.  Here are some tips for

doing it yourself for an infinite ROI other than a little bit of your time.

Take more than 4 or 5 shots.  Most advertising platforms now allow 30 to 50 still photos.  Perspective is important.

Get up there and get shots from the top of a ladder you bring with you or stand on the top of your 

truck bed.  Then go low for some shots about a foot off the ground.  Only shoot exterior shots in the

early morning and late afternoon for the best contrast and best color.  Don't take shots of art and furniture 

unless your offering the property furnished.  Vacation Rentals are the exception to this rule.  Do not forget about community

features like pools and walking paths.  Do take the time to touch up your photos so grass is green and

sky's are blue.  If you can create an emotional visual story it will be a story you can take to the bank!
